Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2026

Acceptance

By creating an account or using HEXDI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. EXIMCORE Partners, LLC ("HEXDI", "we") provides the service.

Service description

HEXDI is a compliance management platform that helps companies track adherence to U.S. export and import regulations. The platform tracks compliance posture; it does not store ITAR-controlled technical data.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, ensuring the data you enter is accurate, and ultimately for your company's compliance posture. HEXDI is a tool — it does not replace qualified legal counsel.

Subscription and billing

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

Data retention

Your assessment data is retained for the life of your account plus three years after closure, in accordance with U.S. export-control recordkeeping requirements.

Limitation of liability

HEXDI is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
