16.4 Termination of an Agreement Pursuant to § 124.6, the applicant must inform DTCL via a formal notification letter of the impending termination of the agreement not less than 30 days prior to the expiration date of the agreement. For the termination of a paper agreement, the notification letter must be submitted to DDTC via a hardcopy letter to the attention of the Director, Office of Defense Trade Control Licensing. For an electronically-issued agreement, the letter should uploaded to the approved DSP-5 vehicle of the base agreement.
