[Annex of Compliance Measures] (1) Under the Consent Agreement including this Annex, Respondent shall ensure that adequate resources are dedicated to AECA and ITAR compliance throughout its ITAR-regulated divisions and business units. Respondent will establish policies and procedures applicable to all Respondent employees with responsibility for AECA and ITAR compliance to address lines of authority, staffing, performance evaluations, career paths, promotions and compensation.
