[Annex of Compliance Measures] (1) Under this Consent Agreement, NGC shall ensure that adequate resources are dedicated to ITAR compliance throughout the Respondent's ITAR-regulated business units. The Internal Special Compliance Official (ISCO) shall review the organizational structure, reporting relationships and career path for all NGC employees with responsibility for ITAR compliance to address lines of authority, staffing increases, performance evaluations, promotions and compensation in a manner that most effectively ensures compliance with the ITAR. The ISCO shall present his or her findings and recommendations to the NGC Export/Import Policy Council.
