[Annex of Compliance Measures] (20) NGC will continue to implement comprehensive automated export compliance systems to strengthen NGC's internal controls for ensuring compliance with the ITAR. NGC will provide to DTCC an update outlining the status of NGC's automated export compliance systems on a semi-annual bases commencing six (6) months after the date of the Order.
